Teresa Giovannini is a founding Partner of LALIVE, the Geneva-based international law firm (Switzerland). David Howell,

David Howell is a Partner in the London office of Fulbright & Jaworski and is Co-Head of the firm's global International Arbitration practice. Julian D. M. Lew,

Julian D. M. Lew QC is a barrister and international arbitrator, a member of Chambers at 20 Essex Street, London. He has been involved in international arbitration academically and practically for almost 40 years, and as both counsel and arbitrator. The cases in which he has been involved include disputes arising from international transactions of all kinds, investments, corporate arrangements, joint ventures, infra-structure projects, distribution, agency, licensing and construction and international trade finance. Many of the arbitrations in which he has been involved have had state and state entities as a party. Dr Lew has advised and represented parties in arbitrations all around the world. He has been appointed as chairman and co-arbitrator in arbitrations of many different kinds and under all the different systems. Loretta Malintoppi,

Loretta Malintoppi is Of Counsel with the Paris Office of Eversheds LLP. She has a Law Degree from Rome University and holds an LLM in Common Law Studies from Georgetown University Law Centre. Ms Malintoppi is dual-qualified, in Rome and Paris, and specialises in public international law and international arbitration, including investment arbitration and State-to-State disputes.
